This article is about remedies for the infringement of intellectual property rights. In the first part, we will briefly see what is intellectual property, and why legal remedies attached to intellectual property rights are of great importance. In the second part of this article, we will give an overall view of the many remedies available to the right-owners to enforce their intellectual property. In the third and last part, we will assess the efficiency of remedies available in the field of intellectual property.
